It all started when I was little...

That'll be what Matthew tells his therapist one day. You see it all began several years go. We found a bargain on a car seat, a really nice one. They only problem was that it had a feminine floral pattern. I knew it wouldn't be hard to make a new cover, the problem was finding the time. Three years later the original cover still remains. He doesn't mind and at this point my attitude is why bother. Anyway the other day while we were camping, Matthew's friend excitedly shares that he has a new Lighting McQueen swimsuit. Matthew then says "I have a new swimsuit too, it has flowers on it"...oh, my goodness, that's when I knew. He doesn't really have a flower bathing suit, atleast I didn't think so, it's a hawaiian print. Add to make matters worse, the boys still have a pink bedroom. So for the future mental health of my children, I've decided we have to atleast paint their room. But like most every other project, we have complicated it way beyond just paint. I'm sorry boys...it's all your momma's fault.

Ha.. poor kid! We had Grant still in a car seat (he was actually too big height wise)... Miles is now using it. Anyway, a kid his age rode with Daniel in his truck and saw Grant's carseat. He made fun of him. Daniel made me buy him a booster immediately. Haha!!! I am so glad he didn't have a flower seat for a kid to make fun of him. The booster seat would have had to be camouflage. I am sure our boys will survive their moms embarrassing them.
