Happy or mad

The other day Cameron peed on the driveway. I don't know whether to be mad that he PEED on the driveway for all the neighbors to see or happy that he didn't pee in his pants. There's more to the story but trying to understand the logic of a 3 or 5 year old is sometimes difficult. What I could gather was that there was a little bit of dog poo on the driveway and Cameron needed to pee on it...I didn't get the why part.
