Mystery Coupon

Have you seen the mystery coupons in Publix ads? I saw them but never understood what exactly it was, till today. While shopping I saw sugar for .01...it was the mystery coupon item. Wow that was cool. Ofcourse I didn't have my coupon, but the cashier gave it to me anyway. Yeah!
