Night sweats

Matthew has woke up the last 2 or 3 night completely drenched in sweat. He was fever-free all day yesterday so I was very surprised when it happened last night. I spoke to the nurse at the dr. office today and after she talked to the dr. they said I should bring him in tomorrow if it happens again tonight. I really hope it doesn't happen again.
