Storm shelter

Last year when we thought about moving, we considered Arkansas. I wasn't real keen on the idea because I didn't want to live in tornado ally. Well, since we've been here (~4 months) we have had atleast 5 tornado warnings. And then last night while at the grocery store I saw this truck pulling a trailer with a "Tornado Shelter" on it! What have we gotten ourselves into? Do we need one??
